Digi Dubber Studio is a free D-HAG desktop application for AI-assisted video dubbing. It is unlocked for eligible Smart Tab Recorder users and keeps media processing on the user's computer when built-in voices are used. Optional third-party provider modes send selected processing data directly to that provider.

WHAT IT DOES
Version 1.4.0 supports multiple target languages with local transcription, speaker-aware voice planning, bounded timeline fitting, selectable voice providers and quality gates before export.
Speaker-aware dubbing
Maintains a consistent voice identity for each detected speaker across the video.
Quality gates
Blocks production exports when timing, missing speech, silent TTS failure or translation risks are detected.
Voice providers
The built-in workflow may send transcript text to Google translation and Microsoft-hosted speech services. Optional ElevenLabs mode uploads the selected media directly to ElevenLabs.
Account history
Short text records such as login, logout, job started, completed or failed may be stored with timestamps and app version.
Desktop installer
The Windows installer installs local models once and provides shortcuts plus an uninstaller.

Users must have the legal right and permission to process and dub their input media. AI transcription, translation, speaker detection, emotion estimation, timing and generated speech may contain errors, so output should be reviewed before publishing or relying on it.
